Insert a scooter past the spring pin and instantly create a rolling scooter storage cart. The scooter “locks” securely between the spring pin and the stop plate. This bottom scooter is not “wasted” as are scooters permanently attached to the stacker pole–simply press in the pin, and release the bottom scooter for play! Works with all known center-hole scooters diameter holes.
