ConeKlipz™ insert tightly into open-top traffic cones and securely hold 24”, 30”, or 36” diameter hoops. Each “C”-clip has a slip-proof rubber surface surrounded by high-impact ABS plastic that is shatter-proof. A “ball-and joint” socket allows Klipz to be turned and locked at any angle, until intentionally changed to a different position.
