This latest innovation “grabs” and holds hoops and wands better than all other hoop accessories! The key is a unique rubber-like insert within each “C”-shaped clip that compresses to conform around hoops. One Klip on each stem rotates allowing you to alter the angle and the set-up of hoops and wands. HoopKlipperz™ also make great throw-through targets for frisbees, balls, and beanbags.
